Refund policy

Own Your Gear. We don’t do returns because we don’t do "generic." Every piece is a limited run. Unless there’s a defect in the print or the hardware, all sales stand. Check the specs, pick your fit, and own the movement.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need photo evidence of the error or damage to further evaluation.
